You see a budget range for that configuration right away so you know where the project sits.

We check your location, local codes, and snow and wind loads against the design you submitted.

You receive a detailed quote
A written quote with the package contents and delivered pricing follows within about 2 business days.

Getting your site ready
Check your local requirements
Confirm setbacks, permits, and any load requirements with your county before you finalize the design.
Plan the site
Level ground, drainage, and access for the delivery truck. Tell your sales rep if you are pouring a concrete slab so the plans match.
Decide who builds it
Many customers raise the kit themselves or use their own crew. In Central Virginia and surrounding areas we can refer you to Fundamental Builders at 540-234-8026.
Schedule delivery
Delivery is about three weeks from order placement when engineered drawings are not required, and normally arrives by semi with a 53 foot trailer and a Moffett forklift. Straight truck delivery is available by request at additional cost.

- Engineering services and stamped plans are available for an additional fee. Site specific permitting plans start at $2,775 per job.
- Concrete slabs are not part of the kit. Tell your sales rep if you are pouring a slab so the plans match.
- Delivery normally arrives by semi with a 53 foot trailer and a Moffett forklift, so the site needs room for that truck. Straight truck delivery is available by request at additional cost.

Heritage supplies the kit. In Central Virginia and surrounding areas we can refer you to Fundamental Builders. Fundamental Builders is an independent contractor, not a Heritage crew. Pricing and scheduling are arranged directly with them.
What drawings do I get?
Basic generic assembly drawings are emailed after payment. Site specific permitting plans can be provided for an additional fee, starting at $2,775 per job.
What do I need before ordering?
The footprint you want, the delivery address, your door and window preferences, and any local code or load requirements your county enforces.
